Our library program serves students from 3K through 8th grade, nurturing a lifelong love of reading and a strong foundation of literacy. In the lower grades, students will explore stories by learning about characters and practicing their ability to recall key details, building comprehension skills early on. As students progress into the upper grades, they will engage with deeper literary concepts such as identifying themes, determining main ideas, and learning to effectively summarize text.
A highlight of our program is the Reading Buddy Mentorship, where middle school students partner with our youngest learners in 3K and 4K classrooms throughout the year. This special initiative not only helps develop early reading skills but also fosters meaningful relationships across grade levels, reinforcing our school's commitment to faith, community, and academic excellence.
